All Blacks coach Dave Rennie named five changes to his side to play Scotland in Edinburgh on Saturday for the opening match of the Nations Championship.
The team will wear white jerseys with a poppy for Armistice Day and black armbands to honour Logan Cadwallader, their head of security who died suddenly in Edinburgh on Sunday.
Codie Taylor will captain the side in the absence of the injured Ardie Savea, leading a forward pack that includes returning players Ethan de Groot and Asafo Aumua.
New Zealand enters the match seeking to extend a dominant historical record against Scotland, having won all 33 previous tests played between the two nations since 1905.
Rennie said that the squad had endured a difficult week following the loss of their colleague.
"It’s been a really tough week for our group following the passing of Logan," said Dave Rennie, the All Blacks head coach.
"He was one of us, and he will be very much in our thoughts as we take the field on Saturday."
Rennie added that the team is prepared for a stern challenge from a well-coached opponent.
"Scotland are a quality side," Rennie said.
"They are very well coached and have built a lot of depth over recent years."
Jordie Barrett returns to the starting midfield alongside Quinn Tupaea, while his older brother Beauden takes his position at fullback.

Damian McKenzie and Cam Roigard continue their partnership at fly-half and halfback after strong performances during the recent Bledisloe Cup series against Australia.
RugbyPass reported that Christian Lio-Willie is in line to make his first appearance for the side from the bench this season.
The New Zealand Herald reported that nine players remain sidelined due to injuries sustained during a gruelling domestic and international season.
The match kicks off at 2.10pm local time at Murrayfield before the All Blacks continue their northern tour against Wales and England.
