Reading a single article gives you one perspective on a story. Dive Deeper turns that article into a full research report: it gathers Headlinne's own coverage AND live web sources at the same time, then writes an organized briefing designed to educate you by telling the story — what happened, why, what it means, and what to watch next.
How it works, in plain terms
When you open Dive Deeper on an article, Headlinne searches its own article database and the live web in parallel — neither waits for the other. The results are deduplicated and ranked by freshness, credibility, relevance, and diversity, then merged into one research corpus. From there, an AI model organizes the material into a structured report and generates citations for every paragraph, statistic, and quote.
What a report contains
Every Dive Deeper report is built from the same set of sections, only including the ones the material actually supports:
- An executive summary and key findings
- The full story, told chronologically with cause and effect
- Historical background, causes, and real-world implications
- Opposing viewpoints and where experts agree
- Statistics, notable quotes, and related entities
- A future outlook and a short FAQ
Visual, not just textual
Where the underlying facts support it, Dive Deeper also generates visualizations — timelines, knowledge graphs, trend charts, causal chains, mind maps, and maps — built by code from structured data the AI extracted, not drawn freehand by the AI itself.
Usage limits by plan
Free accounts get 3 Dive Deeper sessions per day with 1 follow-up question per session. Pro gets 15 sessions per day with 3 follow-ups each. Max gets 50 sessions per day with unlimited follow-ups. All limits reset at midnight Eastern Time.
