Samsung Hikes Prices of Entire Galaxy A Series Range

Samsung has increased the prices of its entire Galaxy A series of mid-range smartphones in the US market. This follows a similar price hike for the flagship S26 lineup, driven by rising hardware costs.

<p>Being an Android user has been getting a lot more expensive, amid the ongoing <a href="https://www.pcmag.com/news/samsung-thinks-the-ram-crisis-will-only-get-worse-next-year" target="_self">RAM crisis</a> pushing up hardware costs, with few if any suppliers staying immune.</p><p>Now, Samsung has raised prices on its entire Galaxy A series of mid-range smartphones in the US, after doing the same on its <a href="https://www.pcmag.com/news/waiting-to-buy-samsung-galaxy-s26-sorry-they-all-just-got-more-expensive" target="_self">S26 lineup earlier this week.</a></p><p>The <a href="https://www.pcmag.com/reviews/samsung-galaxy-a57-5g" target="_self">Galaxy A57 5G</a> saw the biggest increase, and will now cost $599.99, up $50 from $549.99 according to <a href="https://www.androidauthority.com/samsung-galaxy-a-series-phones-price-hike-3718522/" target="_blank" title="(Opens in a new tab)">Android Authority</a>, who first spotted the changes. Meanwhile, the <a href="https://www.pcmag.com/reviews/samsung-galaxy-a37-5g" target="_self">Galaxy A37 5G</a> will now cost you $489.99, up from $449.99. The Galaxy A27 5G will now cost you $379.99, up from $349.99. The <a href="https://www.pcmag.com/reviews/samsung-galaxy-a17-5g" target="_self">Galaxy A17</a> 5G saw the smallest increase of the bunch and will now cost $269.99, up from $249.99.</p><div class="mb-0 rounded-md bg-gray-100 p-3 md:p-5" id="related-video">
