A 4.9-magnitude earthquake struck Uttarakhand on Tuesday night, with tremors felt across several parts of northern India, including Delhi-NCR, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab and Haryana.According to the National Centre for Seismology, the earthquake occurred at around 10.15 pm, with its epicentre located in Chamoli. The quake was recorded at a depth of 13 km.Tremors were felt in Delhi and NCR areas, including Noida and Gurugram and several other parts of northern India shortly after the earthquake. Residents in different areas reported feeling brief shaking.
