Princess Catherine Shares Unseen Halloween Photo of Prince Louis

The Prince and Princess of Wales shared their first Halloween-themed social media post on Saturday, releasing a throwback photograph of their youngest son, Prince Louis, as a toddler on holiday in Norfolk.

The image, captured by Catherine, shows a one-year-old Prince Louis smiling beside a large pumpkin while wearing a blue raincoat and red boots.

The royal couple posted the picture with a brief caption wishing followers a happy holiday.

Prince Louis, now eight years old, is fourth in line to the British throne behind his older siblings, Prince George and Princess Charlotte.

Local resident Jay Rutland described the family after an encounter, writing, "For anyone doubting how down to earth William and Kate are."

Rutland added, "This is Kate with their kids knocking on our door in London trick-or-treating at Halloween."

Shopper Kathy Whittaker recounted seeing the Princess of Wales browsing for holiday outfits at a supermarket branch in Norfolk in previous years.

Whittaker said, "She was with Charlotte and George looking at Halloween outfits but her bodyguard was kind of watching people with phones and telling them no pictures."

Whittaker added, "I managed to get the photo as she was at the self-service checkout."

Supporters responded warmly online to the new photograph, leaving supportive comments and heart emojis on the official social media channels.
