Upon returning, the couple found Kiran and the young woman together inside a room at the residence.
Anandraj quickly sent his daughter away to a relative's house in Chikkaballapur to isolate the victim.
The employer then confined the worker inside the property and subjected him to a severe assault that lasted for hours.
Kiran suffered critical injuries to his legs, hands, and abdomen before eventually collapsing unconscious from the beating.
The accused subsequently transported the victim to a local hospital in an autorickshaw.
Attending medical professionals pronounced the young worker brought dead upon arrival at the facility.
The incident came to light after hospital staff alerted authorities through a medico-legal case notification.
Local law enforcement officers rushed to the hospital, confirmed the fatality, and initiated a formal murder investigation.
Police have successfully arrested the business owner and placed him in custody while the investigation continues.
