Zerohash rolls out a new tool to move crypto without copying wallet addresses

Crypto services firm Zerohash has launched a new tool called AUTH designed to simplify moving digital assets between wallets and exchanges. The service aims to reduce friction by eliminating the need for manual wallet address copying and verification.
Why it matters
Reducing technical complexity is a critical step for the mass adoption of blockchain technology and on-chain financial services.
The crypto services firm announced the tool, which lets users link exchange accounts or self-custody wallets at the Money20/20 conference in Las Vegas.
“Onchain rails scale when users stop thinking about the underlying technology. Usability, trust and control is the inflection point for mass adoption,” said Ryan Beaudry, general manager of AUTH. Beaudry, who was previously executive vice president of global product and operations for open finance at Mastercard, will be the general manager of AUTH, according to a statement .
AUTH supports crypto, stablecoins and blockchain-based securities like stock tokens. Zerohash said the service supports more than 600 connections, including Coinbase, Robinhood, Gemini, MetaMask and Phantom. Zerohash’s developer documentation listed support for 639 wallets and four exchange or brokerage accounts. Coinbase, Robinhood and Gemini are live, while Kraken is in beta.
