Zenith Pays Tribute to Paris Once More

Zenith has released a new 50-piece limited edition Chronomaster watch inspired by Paris. This 38mm timepiece utilizes the high-frequency El Primero 3600 movement and draws design cues from the 1969 A386 model.
Why it matters
It highlights the luxury watch industry's trend of creating hyper-localized, limited-edition products to drive brand exclusivity and collector interest.
Is Zenith establishing a new tradition? For the second time, the manufacture has created an ultra-exclusive edition dedicated to Paris, offering a fresh interpretation of one of its signature timepieces in a series of only 50 pieces.
The first chapter came in 2024 with the Defy Skyline "Paris Edition", also limited to 50 pieces, featuring a three-hand display and a verdigris-gradient dial inspired by the French capital. The reference was unmistakable, evoking Paris' iconic rooftops along with the city's bronze domes and architectural elements, whose naturally aged surfaces develop a distinctive green patina over time.
The new 2026 edition revisits that inspiration, but this time through the Chronomaster rather than the Defy collection. The choice is fitting for a manufacture that has built its reputation on precision timekeeping, earning an impressive 2,333 chronometry awards since its founding in 1865.
