The deal is worth a reported $140 million, with $108 million guaranteed.

Flowers’ deal puts him just behind Drake London in terms of average new money per year at $35 million. Jaxon Smith-Njigba’s contract leads the market at $42.15 million per year.

The No. 22 overall pick of the 2023 draft, Flowers was already under contract through 2027 after Baltimore exercised his fifth-year option in the spring.

Flowers became the first wide receiver in Ravens franchise history to be selected to the Pro Bowl in 2024. He was again selected to the Pro Bowl in 2025, having caught 86 passes for 1,211 yards with five touchdowns in 17 games.
