KUALA LUMPUR: Umno president Ahmad Zahid Hamidi took a veiled swipe at Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim today for flip-flopping on the BUDI95 quota.
Zahid, who is also deputy prime minister, said the government reduced the monthly quota for subsidised RON95 petrol earlier this year, only to increase it much later.
"First it was reduced, and when elections were around the corner, it was increased out of fear.
