Zaheerabad Industrial Smart City project SPV office opened

The new office of NICDIT Zaheerabad Industrial Smart City (NICZISCL), the special purpose vehicle (SPV) constituted for the development of the Zaheerabad Industrial Smart City, was inaugurated on Friday.

Marking the occasion, the first offer letter was issued to Hyundai Motor India Engineering for the allotment of 270 acres in Zaheerabad Industrial Smart City. The allotment is expected to pave the way for industrial development, create employment opportunities and contribute to the economic growth of Telangana, the SPV said.

The new office, which was inaugurated by Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation vice chairman and MD K.Shashanka, will serve as the operational base of NICZISCL. It will facilitate planning, development and administration of the industrial smart city and act as a point of contact for prospective investors. Lt Cdr Ravindranath Reddy, CEO (P) of TGIIC along with other senior officials participated in the programme.
