YSRCP seeks Lokesh’s resignation, CBI probe into DSC-2025 recruitment
The YSR Congress Party has demanded the resignation of HRD Minister Nara Lokesh and a CBI probe into alleged irregularities in the DSC-2025 teacher recruitment process. The party claims that fake certificates were used to secure government teaching positions.

The YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) on Tuesday demanded the resignation of HRD Minister Nara Lokesh and sought a CBI inquiry into what it described as alleged irregularities in the DSC-2025 teacher recruitment process.
Addressing separate press conferences, YSRCP official spokesperson Konda Rajiv Gandhi and former MP Margani Bharath said the recruitment process warranted an independent investigation. They said Mr. Lokesh should step down to ensure that the allegations were investigated without any possibility of political influence.
The leaders alleged that complaints had been received about the purported use of fake BC and sports-quota certificates by some candidates. They also claimed that, in some instances, more than one member of a family had secured appointments on the basis of participation certificates. They called for the relevant documents and records to be examined by an independent agency to establish the veracity of the allegations.
