The listing is handled by Paul Benson of Engel & Völkers Park City.According to the listing, this residence has a feature that has “almost no parallel in North America”. The mansion has an indoor pool built on a hydraulic floor system inspired by The O Theater at the Bellagio. “On command, the pool descends, and the floor rises to form a column-free ballroom, ready for seated dinners, performances, productions, or private events at full scale,” the listing says.Inside the Utah mansionThe estate spans 1.64 acres and has two connected wings. The family wing, measuring 8,500 sq ft, serves as the daily residence.
