NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court on Sunday said its purpose was to instill faith of the people in the system and addressed Kapil Sibal's "no faith" remark, saying his "confidence is most vital" for the top court's "fight against injustice".“Our purpose is to instill faith of the people in the system and in that process your (Sibal’s) confidence is most vital for our fight against injustice,” the bench said.The Supreme Court on Sunday directed authorities to prevent illegal detention of people participating in peaceful gatherings amid the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) protests in Delhi.
