Young talents shine at GRS Talent Star
The GRS Talent Star 2026 event in Mysuru brought together over 1,000 students from various school boards to compete in creative and academic contests. The event featured competitions in coloring, spelling, and dance, alongside educational sessions on AI and health check-ups.

Kalamandira came alive with youthful energy recently as GRS Fantasy Park hosted GRS Talent Star 2026, bringing together more than 1,000 students and teachers from over 200 schools across Mysuru.
Students representing State, CBSE, ICSE, and IGCSE boards participated in competitions aimed at showcasing creativity, confidence and talent, according to the organisers.
In the class 5 crayon colouring contest, Vismay D. of Jnana Bharathi H.P.S., Pandavapura, won first place, followed by Deekshith U. of St. Mary’s English School, T. Narsipur, and Trishul Manoj of Shri Chamarajendra School for Excellence, Chamarajapuram.
Deepthi R. Gowda of Christ King Convent Public School, Lakshmipuram, emerged winner in the class 6 English Spell Bee. Riddha Pratej of Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra, Vijayanagar, was second and Sudeeksha Iyengar of BSS Vidyodaya third.
