'You File PIL Every Week, Don't Pile Us With Petitions' : Supreme Court Chides Lawyer

The Supreme Court today (September 16) dismissed a writ petition filed by an Advocate raising the issue of fake and forged medical degrees. The petitioner, appearing in person, sought for the auditing of the medical regulations and the constitution of an expert committee to look into the issue.A bench comprising Justice PS Narasimha and Justice Alok Aradhe discouraged the petitioner from routinely filing such petitions for publicity. Justice Narasimha said: "You file one PIL per week. What kind of petitions do you drafting? You have made it a factory. That's what, every week you file writ petition.
