NEW DELHI: Pulling up Odisha govt over its indecisiveness on taking a call on the remission plea of Dara Singh, SC Tuesday said the state cannot linger on the issue and made it clear that the official (secretary) concerned will be summoned if decision is not taken by Sept 17, the next date of hearing.A bench of Justices Manoj Misra and Vijay Bishnoi expressed displeasure after Odisha govt sought a four-week adjournment on the ground of illness of its advocate-on-record (AoR).
