The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda , has congratulated the party’s candidates who secured victory in four of the five legislative bye-elections conducted by the Independent National Electoral Commission on Saturday.

Yilwatda, in a statement shared on his X handle on Sunday, congratulated Kallamu Usman MaiJama’a, Husseini Datti, Okolosi Ator and Yakubu Ali on their victories in Gombe, Kano, Delta and Bauchi states respectively. The APC won four of the five seats, while the Allied Peoples Movement secured the Sakwa State Constituency seat in Bauchi.
