Yathindra inspects Dasara infrastructure, directs speedy completion of works
Minister Yathindra Siddaramaiah inspected infrastructure preparations in Mysuru ahead of the upcoming Dasara festivities. He directed officials to ensure adequate public amenities, including waste management, lighting, and traffic flow, to accommodate the expected influx of tourists.

With the city gearing up for the Mysuru Dasara festivities, Minister in-charge of Mysuru district Yathindra Siddaramaiah on Wednesday inspected various infrastructure and ongoing works across the city and directed officials to complete them at the earliest.
During an inspection of the food mela venue at Maharaja’s College grounds, Dr. Yathindra instructed officials to ensure adequate drinking water and shaded areas for visitors. He also directed them to strictly segregate wet and dry waste generated at the venue and ensure its scientific disposal.
With lakhs of tourists expected to visit Mysuru during Dasara, the Minister inspected road development works at several key locations. He directed officials to expedite works at Royal Inn Junction on the KRS Road, Kempegowda Junction on the Bengaluru-Mysuru Road, Pushpashrama Road and near Devalapura Circle at Hosahundi, and open the roads to traffic at the earliest.
