It's been a very long time now since Ubisoft released Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands on the Xbox One back in 2017, and the game has remained locked to 30FPS on all Xbox consoles ever since.

That could be about to change very soon though, as an eagle-eyed fan spotted over the weekend that a "major update" is being advertised on the Xbox Store which suggests 4K and 60FPS support is incoming.
