Xbox's Asha Sharma Wants To Better Understand Players, So She's Helping With Customer Support

Back on Friday, the folks over at The Wall Street Journal shared a report about new Xbox boss Asha Sharma, describing her as "The Woman Fixing a Microsoft Mess With Brutal Honesty", and getting insights into the kind of person she is.
Most of it is stuff we've already heard before — that she's a hard-worker, that she's intense, that she's been extremely successful in past positions at the likes of Porch and Facebook — and there are even comments in here from people like Bethesda's Todd Howard who describe her as "uniquely effective at cutting through and communicating clearly".
What's probably most interesting for us is the bit at the end, which mentions that Sharma actually spends a few hours per-month replying to Xbox customer support tickets in order to "better understand players".
