Xabi Alonso has allayed injury fears over Chelsea centre-back Levi Colwill .
The English defender was an unused substitute in Sunday's 2-1 defeat to Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium, with Alonso deeming him fit enough for the bench but not deciding to start him.
Colwill then started on Wednesday night in the 6-3 Carabao Cup win over Leeds United but was substituted for Wesley Fofana on 76 minutes.
After the match, Alonso was asked whether Colwill's replacement was injury-related. He had headed straight down the tunnel after being taken off.
