Works starts on Cambridge 'anchor' cancer support centre

As it celebrates 30 years operating, Maggie's announced on Thursday it had started work on its new facility at the Cambridge Biomedical Campus, due to open in early 2028.
Roland Sore, 62, has been supported by the charity for five years after his partner Andrew was diagnosed with cancer, which spread to his lungs and became incurable.
