But an Indian woman working in South Korea has shared a very different kind of workplace incentive, and the reward is enough to make many employees curious. Maansi Arora, an Indian content creator living in Seoul, recently shared a video about a fitness initiative offered through her workplace. According to her, employees who consistently exercise for two months can become eligible for a luxury fashion gift from the company.
