Woman who almost died in Auckland swimming pool returns to thank her saviours
A woman who suffered a cardiac arrest at a public swimming pool in Auckland has returned to thank the two young lifeguards who saved her life with prolonged CPR. The lifeguards, aged 18 and 19, are being praised for their quick response and effective training.

The last time Lorraine Moser visited the Onehunga War Memorial Pool, she almost died.
Now she has returned to thank the heroes who brought her back from the brink.
"I'm just so blessed that I was in the right spot and we had the right people that knew what they were doing and and didn't give up," she said.
"I really want to give them a heartfelt thank you, and encourage them to keep doing what they're doing."
On 19 May, Moser was halfway through her usual three kilometre swim when her heart gave out, and she started drowning in the middle of the pool.
She was rushed to hospital in critical condition, RNZ reported at the time .
