A woman in Madhya Pradesh's Indore allegedly stabbed her sister-in-law to death because she made a snide remark about her brother on Raksha Bandhan. The police have arrested the accused, Parvati Bai Kushwah.The victim, Vandana, had married Upendra in a temple on August 11th against the wishes of their families. Due to the acrimony, the couple had decided to live separately in a rented house.The accused's brother is in jail on a rape charge in Damoh.
