A 36-year-old woman and a 10-year-old girl died after their vehicle crashed into a dam on a regional property in Tinana South yesterday afternoon.
Police said the incident unfolded while the woman was driving with the young girl to pick up other children from school.
Police are still investigating the cause of the crash.
