Woman accuses bureaucrat’s son of assaulting daughter in south Delhi

A woman has approached the Delhi Police alleging that her daughter was assaulted and threatened by the son of a senior bureaucrat in south Delhi’s Greater Kailash area.

The police said they have received a complaint and are conducting an enquiry into the allegations. No FIR had been registered in connection with the complaint at the time of publication.

According to the complaint, the alleged incident followed a dispute between the woman’s daughter and the accused, who had allegedly been in a relationship for over a year.

In a video posted on social media, the woman alleged that the accused assaulted her daughter and threatened her. The allegations could not be independently verified.
