A woman in her 30s has died from injuries she sustained during a serious assault in north Dublin.
The incident took place near Main Street in Belmayne, Dublin 13 on Monday afternoon.
The woman was brought to Beaumont Hospital following the assault.
She died from her injuries yesterday, gardaí said in an update.
A post-mortem examination is in progress, the results of which will determine the course of the investigation.
