One of the major premium live events in WWE, SummerSlam is back for its 39th edition in 2026, once again a two-day spectacle taking place in Minnesota. Six matches made up the first night of the card, and they did quite a nice job of setting the stage for the weekend.
The main event was the third installment of Oba Femi vs. Brock Lesnar inside a Hell in a Cell. The two heavyweights battled it out, and the result is one that sets the stage for the future of the business . In the co-main event, CM Punk and Cody Rhodes battled one-on-one for the first time in 18 years, and the match ended with a surprise guest.
