NEW DELHI: Punjab Congress chief Amrinder Singh Raja Warring on Thursday hinted at a possible change in the state party leadership, while refusing to comment on reports of his resignation and saying that “some issues are internal”.“I don't want to comment anything now. I will let you all know. Some issues are internal...” Warring said when asked about reports of him quitting as president of the Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee (PPCC).As per sources, the decision has been conveyed to Warring and that he has offered to resign.
