Andrew and Tristan Tate are facing a bid by British prosecutors to have them extradited from the US to the UK after authorities issued 38 new charges against them.
US Marshals arrested the brothers in Miami on Saturday after the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) brought new charges, including rape and offences related to sex trafficking, against them.
Andrew, 39, and Tristan, 37 - who came to global fame via social media - have previously denied any wrongdoing.
The dual British-US citizens were taken into custody and are set to appear before a federal court as prosecutors launch legal proceedings to have them sent to the UK.
