US Marshals arrested the brothers in Miami on Saturday after the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) brought new charges, including rape and offences related to sex trafficking, against them.
Andrew, 39, and Tristan, 37 - who came to global fame via social media - have previously denied any wrongdoing.
The dual British-US citizens were taken into custody and appeared before a federal court on Monday as prosecutors launched legal proceedings to have them sent to the UK.
