Each month, people across the country win money from the investment product issued by National Savings and Investments (NS&I).
There were 432 winners across the county, with a total of £1,197,000 won in the September prize draw.
Unlike other investments, where investors would earn interest or a regular dividend income, bonds are entered into a monthly prize draw where people can win between £25 and £1,000,000.
