Dinesh Thakkar, founder, chairman and managing director of stock-broking firm Angel One Ltd, has made headlines after agreeing to buy an entire luxury residential tower in Mumbai's Juhu for approximately Rs 711 crore, in what Embassy Developments described as the country's largest single residential unit transaction.Thakkar has agreed to acquire the seven-storey tower at Embassy Terrazza, an ultra-luxury project on Juhu Tara Road, with a RERA carpet area of 63,000 sq ft.
