Completely in love, the couple often talked about the family life they hoped to build together. Jacob had always wanted to be a dad.
Having moved regularly as a child in a sharemilking family, Jacob developed a love of travel.
“I quite liked that, cruising around, seeing stuff, travelling, and I thought how cool it would be to have that chance with my own kids but extend it further and do more travel, see more things and have them end up with a really rich experience from a young age,” the 37-year-old said.
