Moving is always stressful, but friends and family came together to help lighten the load for me. Of course, moving next door made this one easier than most, but I'm grateful for all the help I had. The f irst time I moved as an adult, it was to a dorm room in the oldest building on my college campus, up a hill and five flights of stairs. Thankfully, there were burly football players to help. Since then, I've moved 10 more times.
