Everyone is talking about AI agents — and Business Insider's reporters and editors are no different. Agents go a step beyond chatbots and are capable of planning and achieving multi-step tasks. This can range from making a restaurant reservation to inviting a friend for lunch to buying clothes you are on the lookout for.
