WCW women mark milestone, set sights on Vision 2050

A total of 220 women entrepreneurs have completed the Women Creating Wealth (WCW) programme, entering a new phase focused on expanding their businesses, strengthening partnerships and turning the networks they have built into lasting economic opportunities.

The milestone was marked on Friday during the WCW Country Impact and Certification Forum held in Dar es Salaam under the theme “Celebrating Impact. Building Community. Continuing the Legacy.”

WCW Country Project Coordinator Angaja Mwanga, said the completion of the 10-month programme marked the beginning of a new chapter in which the women can continue to grow their enterprises and support one another through sustained collaboration.

“The occasion represents a transition into a new phase in which participating women can continue to grow their enterprises, strengthen partnerships and support one another through sustained collaboration,” she said.
