The level in Vaigai dam was 33.89 ft (the maximum level is 71 ft.) with an inflow of 99 cusecs and a discharge of 86 cusecs. Combined storage in Periyar credit was 1747.72 mcft. Rainfall recorded (in mm): Pullipatti 4.2, Kallandiri 1.6, and Gudalur 0.6.
