Officials of the Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply & Sewerage Board (HMWS&SB) have imposed a fine of ₹20,000 on a hotel for wasting water while cleaning its premises on Jubilee Hills Road No. 45.
The action followed an inspection on Wednesday by HMWS&SB Managing Director K. Ashok Reddy, who was walking along Jubilee Hills main road and noticed the incident on the premises of Anaganaga restaurant on Plot No. 775-G, officials said, and informed that the organiser of the place, K. Gayatri Reddy, who was fined ₹20,000.
