A US strike hit a home hosting a wedding ceremony in southern Iran, killing at least four people, including a child, and injuring around 50 others, Iranian officials said as hostilities between Washington and Tehran resumed.The strike targeted a wedding gathering in the coastal village of Kohstak, in Sirik County of Hormozgan province, according to Iranian state media and local officials. Images from the scene showed damage at the wedding venue following the attack.Ahmad Nafisi, Hormozgan province’s deputy governor, earlier told Iranian state television that a US strike on a home where a wedding ceremony was being held had killed two people and wounded others.The provincial Red Crescent later put the death toll at four, including a child, according to Tasnim. Around 50 people were reported injured.
