At least eight people were killed on Friday after a student opened fire at a school in Thailand before turning the gun on himself, a national police official said.The gunman first shot and killed his grandparents at their home before opening fire at the school.The student fired 26 rounds, while another 34 rounds of ammunition were recovered from the scene, according to a police statement.Videos from the scene showed students ducking under their desks as gunshots could be heard in the background.The shooting took place at Debsirin Nonthaburi School in Bang Kruai district of Nonthaburi province, northwest of Bangkok.
