KARJAN: Panic spread at a CNG station on National Highway-48 near Karjan on October 1 after a car suddenly exploded while it was being refuelled, with the vehicle’s gas tank reportedly bursting during the filling process.Fortunately, no one was inside the car at the time, averting a possible tragedy.The incident occurred in the afternoon at a CNG station opposite Jindal Company.The explosion sent parts of the car’s rear body and shattered glass flying several metres from the vehicle. Two other vehicles parked nearby were also damaged in the blast, according to the information available.
