NEW DELHI: A car dragged a parked motorcycle for about 100 metres after hitting it on Africa Avenue Road near R K Puram Metro Station on Wednesday night, police said.The motorcyclist, identified as 21-year-old Tanish Tokas, fell from the bike but escaped serious injury, while the driver, identified as 73-year-old Venu Gopal, was arrested.The incident took place around 10pm on September 17 when Tokas, a resident of Munirka Village, was sitting on his parked black motorcycle on the roadside.
