Andrew Webster has resisted making mass changes for the Warriors’ final-round clash with the Manly Sea Eagles on Saturday as they chase only the second minor premiership in the club’s history.

Hooker Wayde Egan and Kurt Capewell have been rested, while halves Te Maire Martin and Chanel Harris-Tavita return to the starting side from injury. Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad is also back after a two-match suspension.

The Warriors are locked in a tight battle with the Penrith Panthers for top spot, with both sides chasing the J.J. Giltinan Shield and its accompanying cash prize.

The teams are level on 40 competition points, with Webster’s side ahead on points difference, +309 to +308.

It is therefore no surprise Webster has named a near full-strength side, particularly as the Warriors could earn a week off by winning their qualifying final next weekend.
