KOLKATA: A mentally challenged man climbed a lamp post on Tala Bridge and created a tense situation after demanding a meeting with chief minister Suvendu Adhikari.The incident took place around 5.30pm on Tuesday when the man walked towards an electric pole and climbed to the top.He tied his shirt around the metal frame, took out his phone and began filming the crowd gathered below.He later performed balancing acts on top of the pole, leaving commuters and onlookers alarmed.
