Ireland lock Dorothy Wall is injury-free and ready to hit the ground running as Ireland ramp up preparations for the WXV Global Series.

The Tipperary woman featured in all five of Ireland's Six Nations games this year having made a successful return from injury, but now feels in a great place with a full pre-season under her belt.

"In actual fact, I actually felt like it did my body the world of good," she told RTÉ Sport.

"Post-injury, I kind of went straight into a season, and having an actual pre-season to build up strength scores, explosiveness, etc, and to actually feel rested was kind of new for me.

"I enjoyed that. I enjoyed the hard graft. I've really enjoyed getting more game stuff in in camp here, but it doesn't really feel like we've been out of the game either."
