vivo X500 Pro series confirmed to feature 2nm MediaTek chipset
Vivo has confirmed that its upcoming X500 Pro and Pro Max smartphones will feature a 2nm MediaTek Dimensity chipset. The new hardware includes advanced imaging capabilities and a high-performance NPU.

While vivo has not revealed the chipset’s exact model, it has confirmed that the X500 Pro and X500 Pro Max will be powered by a 2nm MediaTek Dimensity chipset.
The new Dimensity chipset is built on TSMC’s second-generation 2nm N2P process and features an all-new GPU architecture and an “ultra-high-performance NPU”.
