Recently, in an interview, Vivek spoke about how becoming parents has changed their lives. He also talked about postpartum depression and said it is very real.While talking to HindiRush, Vivek spoke about postpartum depression and explained that mothers experience many physical and hormonal changes after childbirth. He added that accepting these changes in their bodies can be one of the biggest challenges they face.He shared, “Postpartum depression is real. Because, you know, there are so many changes. There are hormonal changes. The mother starts realising, ‘My body is no longer the body I had before.’ You know, ‘I now have to live with this.’ And it is very difficult."Vivek further added how after giving birth to twin babies has affected Divyanka's core strength.
